Garfield and 4th Street Intersection Closure Map
The Heart Improvement Plan will begin waterline tie-ins at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and 4th Street on Tuesday, May 27, weather permitting. To complete the waterline improvements, the intersection will be closed for approximately four weeks.
