During the construction, Madison Avenue between 29th Street to 37th Street will be closed, as will 37th Street between Monroe Avenue and Seven Lakes Drive. Local access will be maintained to adjacent properties owners; however, most commuters will use North Boise Avenue, Monroe Avenue, West 29th Street and US 34 to travel around the construction zone.
