Weekly project updates 9/8/2025 - 9/12/2025

Hello, Loveland!

Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (September 8 – September 12):

• Madison has been milled from 37th Street to Seven Lakes Drive.
• Median cover material has been completed.
• Waterline updates are continuing north on Madison Avenue.
• Sidewalk continues to be poured around the roundabout.
• Final grading continues for stabilization.

Looking ahead:

• Top lift of asphalt on the west, north, and east legs of the roundabout
• Roadway grading along the milled section on Madison Avenue
• Waterline updates will continue north on Madison Avenue.
• Sidewalk will continue to be poured around the roundabout.
• Power, Pulse, and Comcast utility relocations continue south of Seven Lakes Dr.
