Weekly project updates 8/4/2025 – 8/8/2025

Hello, Loveland!

Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (August 11 – August 15):

• Finished installing road base in the roundabout.
• Poured curb & gutter on the outside edges of the roundabout.
• Set stringline for more curb & gutter (median islands) in the roundabout.
• Removed part of the old Madison roadway and installed 350-ft of new waterline.

Looking ahead:

• Pour curb & gutter in the roundabout.
• Finish waterline installation and testing near Hem Fir. Notifications about water shutoffs will be communicated to affected residents by Loveland Utilities.
• Start removals of existing signs south of the roundabout.
• Power, Pulse, and Comcast utility relocations continue south of Seven Lakes Dr.
