Weekly project updates 8/25/2025 - 8/29/2025

Hello, Loveland!

Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (August 25 – August 29):

• Median cover material has continued.
• Waterline updates continue along the project.
• The truck apron has been completed.
• The concrete pavement for the roundabout has been poured.
• Grading continues for sidewalk sections.
• Sleeper slabs have been poured for the roundabout.
• Asphalt has begun being paved around the roundabout.

Looking ahead:

• Median cover material will be finished.
• Waterline updates will continue northward from Hem Fir.
• Sidewalk will continue to be poured around the roundabout.
• Power, Pulse, and Comcast utility relocations continue south of Seven Lakes Drive.
