Weekly project updates 8/18/2025 - 8/25/2025

Hello, Loveland!

Here’s last week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (August 18 – August 25):

• The median cover material is now being poured.
• The waterline updates are continuing northward of Hem Fir.
• The construction of the sidewalk continues to be poured around the roundabout.
• Grading continues for sidewalk sections.

Looking ahead:

• The median cover material will continue to be poured.
• The concrete truck apron will be poured in the roundabout.
• Waterline updates will continue northward from Hem Fir.
• Sidewalk construction will continue around the roundabout.
• Power, Pulse, and Comcast utility relocations continue south of Seven Lakes Drive.
