Weekly project updates 8/11/2025 - 8/15/2025

Hello, Loveland!

Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week:

• Curb and gutter was poured in the roundabout.
• Waterline installation and testing are being finalized.
• Sidewalk is beginning to be poured around the roundabout.
• Grading continues for sidewalk sections.
• Roundabout medians are being prepped for median cover material.

Looking ahead:

• Median cover material will start pouring.
• Waterline updates will continue northward from Hem Fir.
• Sidewalk will continue to be poured around the roundabout.
• Power, Pulse, and Comcast utility relocations continue south of Seven Lakes Drive.
