Weekly project updates 12/8/2025 - 12/15/2025

Hello, Loveland!

Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (December 15 – December 19):

  • Concrete pouring for Curb and gutter, sidewalks and driveways continues
  • 1st and 2nd lifts of asphalt are being paved
  • Grading continues for sidewalks

Looking ahead (weather dependent):

  • Asphalt paving will continue
  • Temporary roadway striping may be completed
    • Temporary striping layout will not be final striping layout
  • Concrete sidewalk and grading pouring will continue
  • If weather conditions stay optimal, we are preparing to complete this work with the intention of opening the road by Friday, Dec. 19. Announcement of the road opening will be shared prior to the opening.
