Weekly project updates 12/15/2025 - 12/19/2025

Hello, Loveland!

Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (December 22 – December 23):

• 1st and 2nd lifts of asphalt and temporary edges of asphalt have been completed
  • Top lift will be poured in spring 2026
• Temporary striping layout has been marked
• Concrete sidewalk and driveway pouring continues

Looking ahead (weather dependent):

• Temporary striping will occur
• Sidewalk pouring will continue
• Madison Avenue is projected to open by Tuesday, Dec. 23, weather permitting. A press release and public announcement will be shared on Monday with more detailed information.

Temporary striping is laid out on Madison Avenue. Semi-final striping will occur next week.
