Weekly project updates 12/1/2025 - 12/5/2025
Hello, Loveland!
Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (December 8 – December 12):
- Curb and gutter pouring continues
- Concrete hand forming continues
- Driveway pouring continues
Looking ahead (Weather dependent):
- Driveways will continue being poured
- Asphalt paving will begin
- Sidewalk pouring will begin
- Grading will continue
- As inclement weather approaches, it may dictate work activity and scheduling.
Monroe Avenue Bridge Replacement over Dry Creek Project:
- Larimer County has closed the Monroe Avenue bridge to begin the Monroe Avenue Bridge Replacement over Dry Creek Project. The County anticipates the bridge being closed until summer 2026.
