Hello, Loveland!

Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (December 8 – December 12):

Curb and gutter pouring continues
Concrete hand forming continues
Driveway pouring continues

Looking ahead (Weather dependent):

Driveways will continue being poured
Asphalt paving will begin
Sidewalk pouring will begin
Grading will continue
As inclement weather approaches, it may dictate work activity and scheduling.

Monroe Avenue Bridge Replacement over Dry Creek Project:

Larimer County has closed the Monroe Avenue bridge to begin the Monroe Avenue Bridge Replacement over Dry Creek Project. The County anticipates the bridge being closed until summer 2026.
