Weekly project updates 11/17/2025 - 11/21/2025

Hello, Loveland!

Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (November 24 – November 26):

• Base was laid for the roadway
• Concrete string lining was completed in areas
• Concrete curb and gutter work started
• Concrete hand forming and pouring started in areas

Looking ahead:

• Curb and gutter will continue to be poured
• Concrete hand forming and pouring will continue
• Driveways may begin being poured

Important Update: Upcoming Closure of Monroe Bridge

• Larimer County has started their bridge project
• The county anticipates closing the bridge starting Monday, December 1, 2025.
