Weekly project updates 10/27/2025 - 10/31/2025

Hello, Loveland!

Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (November 3 – November 7):

  • One stormwater culvert was completed
  • Stormwater inlets were formed and poured
  • Sanitary sewer upgrades were completed

Looking ahead:

  • One final stormwater culvert will be placed
  • Roadway fill and grading will continue On Madison Avenue
  • Asphalt will be removed near 29th Street
  • Concrete will be removed near 29th Street
  • Preparation will continue for cement treatment of subgrade
