Weekly project update 4/13/2026 - 4/17/2026
Hello, Loveland!
Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (April 20 – April 24):
- Colored concrete was poured and completed.
- Concrete sidewalk has been completed.
- Stormwater and riprap improvements were completed.
- Due to weather conditions, milling and paving was pushed to next week.
Looking ahead (Weather dependent):
- Asphalt milling will remove the temporary pavement on Madison Avenue.
- Crews will begin asphalt paving along Madison Avenue
- Crews will begin sidewalk handrail installations.
- Crews anticipate to begin striping the road and adding signage.
