Weekly project update 10/6/2025 - 10/10/2025
Hello, Loveland!
Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (October 13 – October 17):
- Traffic signal updates on 29th Street and Madison Avenue have been completed
- Waterline updates have been completed
- Installation of waterline board insulation has been completed
- Stormwater updates are beginning near Hem Fir
- Power continued to be relocated
- Comcast has been relocated under 29th Street
Looking ahead:
- Stormwater installation will continue near Hem Fir
- Installation of pedestrian push buttons at 29th Street and Madison Avenue
- Power vault will be relocated on 29th Street and Madison Avenue
- Cement treatment may begin on Madison Avenue
Monroe Bridge County Project:
- Larimer County will be completing a bridge replacement over Dry Creek with estimated construction starting in November 2025.
