Demolition
The following eight vacant properties will be demolished on North Taft Avenue Widening project:
- 1403 W. 11th Street
- 1103 N. Taft Avenue
- 1105 N. Taft Avenue
- 1309 N. Taft Avenue
- 1315 N. Taft Avenue
- 1317 N. Taft Avenue
- 1319 N. Taft Avenue
- 1402 W. Eisenhower Boulevard
The demolition will be completed over the course of 4-6 weeks.
Community Open House
When: Thursday, April 24, 2024 from 4-6 p.m.
Where: In-person: Public Works Administration Building, Rooms 201-203 (2525 W. 1st St.)
What: Join us for an open house to learn more about the project's timeline, detour routes, infrastructure improvements, and traffic impacts for the area. No formal presentation will be provided; however, project renderings and staff from the City of Loveland will be available for questions. We're looking forward to the discussion!
