  • Traffic will be open from 22nd Street traveling south once Morning Drive South completes. 
  • After this section is completed, crews will move to the Skyrock Road and Ponderosa Drive sections.

• This phase will overlap with other phases, starting when Morning Drive is about halfway finished.
