Weekly project update 9/29/2025 - 10/03/2025
Hello, Loveland!
Here’s this week’s update from the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, along with a look ahead at what’s planned for next week (October 6 – October 10):
- Subgrade and fill have continued on Madison between 29th and 37th Streets
- Traffic signal updates on 29th and Madison have continued
- Water hydrants have been replaced
- Installation of waterline board insulation
- Stormwater updates are beginning
- Electrical utilities continue to be relocated
Looking ahead:
- Waterline updates should wrap up
- Stormwater installation will begin near Hem Fir
- Comcast relocations will occur under 29th Street
- Traffic signal updates should be completed
- Electrical utility relocations adjacent to 29th Street should be completed
37th Street County Project: Larimer County will be completing a street rehabilitation project by removing the old asphalt on 37th Street between Monroe and Madison Avenues. The road between Monroe and Madison Avenues is owned by Larimer County. For more information about this upcoming work, please see Larimer County’s website at https://www.larimer.gov/roads.
