Weekly Project Update 10/20/25 - 10/24/25

Here are project updates for the week:

• Crews successfully completed paving on 9th Street from Roosevelt Avenue to Franklin Avenue, as well as Roosevelt Avenue from north of 8th Street to the alley north of 9th Street.
• The pipe crew returned to the site after addressing an emergency elsewhere and installed a 42-inch storm pipe along Franklin Avenue between 9th and 10th Streets.
• Concrete work will resume on 9th Street to replace remaining sections of curb and gutter that could not be completed before paving. The crew will also remove forms and lumber from inside the inlets while on site.
• The landscaping contractor will be on site to repair lawns and yards that were disturbed during construction on 9th Street
• If work progresses smoothly on Franklin Avenue, the pipe crew will move to 10th Street to begin installing storm pipe there.

Weather permitting, work activities are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
