Project updates 6/15/26 - 6/19/26

Hello, Stakeholders! Below are project updates from this week and the upcoming week (6/15/26 - 6/19/26):

  1. Hoff concrete has been actively working on the north curb and gutter on the north side of west 10th Street between Douglas and Lynx. They removed the concrete sidewalk, removed asphalt, cut grade, set forms, and then poured concrete for the new cub and gutter.
  2. This coming week, we will pour the sidewalk along the north side of 10th Street and install the driveway approaches.
  3. We are double checking that grades and the concrete flows are in compliance.
  4. Hoff concrete will pour the sidewalk sections and work on a few smaller items on west 10th Street prior to roadway re-construction.
  5. Once the concrete is complete, the roadway improvements will start from Colorado to Douglas. Notices will be shared to the surrounding are where we'll be removing asphalt, base in sections, and placing asphalt.
  6. We are also working on addressing another drainage concern upon investigation along 10th Street.
