Project updates 6/22/26 - 6/26/26

Hello, Stakeholders! Below are project updates from this week and the upcoming week (6/22/26 - 6/26/26):

1. Hoff installed or placed curb and gutter along the north side of 10^th Street from Douglas to Lynx.
2. They also poured the sidewalk from Douglas to Lynx and on the north side of 10^th Street.
3. We performed a flow test on the Little Barnes Ditch crossings where inlets were removed and found two crossings with issues that we will need to resolve.
4. We plan to remove and repour sidewalk sections on Franklin at the Little Barnes Ditch to resolve drainage issues.
5. We will grind off the Little Barnes deck on Roosevelt and replace two concrete curb and gutter sections to improve drainage.
6. Hoff will fill in an abandoned inlet and top it with a new sidewalk section.
7. Hoff will finish a few small concrete items on 10^th Street.
8. Roadway work on 10^th Street from Colorado to Douglas will begin in sections to allow residents access for the next few weeks.
