Information Session: SB 24-005 Recommendations Updated

Please RSVP and let us know that you can join us for an informational session on Sept. 4, 2025, from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Development Services building, 410 E. 5th St., Loveland. We'll discuss updates based on feedback heard during our June meeting, including additional changes to code language, new UDC definitions, plant list updates, and development review processes.

A short presentation will be provided by Brendle Group at 4:15 p.m., and again at 5:15 p.m., with the opportunity to interact with staff and provide feedback in between these times. While it is best to align with either the 4:15 p.m. or 5:15 p.m. start times, please feel free to attend whenever works best for your schedule. Additionally, this event is open to everyone, even if you were unable to make June session. Our top priority is to hear from you.  Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
