Weekly project updates 12/8/25 - 12/12/25

Hello, Loveland!

Here are the project updates for this week and next week (12/15/25-12/19/25).

• Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Avenue)
  • The block is closed to vehicular traffic but remains open to pedestrians.
  • Crews are installing the watermain.
  • On Friday, Dec. 19, the east/southbound lane of Cleveland will be closed for potholing activities.
• Block 5 (Garfield to Railroad Avenue)
  • This block is closed to vehicular traffic but remains open to pedestrians.
  • Northbound Garfield at west 4th Street is currently closed.
  • The Garfield and 4th Street intersection will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 18, from 8:30 a a.m. – 3 p.m. for final concrete patching.
    • After this work is completed, the southbound lane will reopen, and northbound traffic will remain detoured.
  • Crews are installing electric boxes, concrete and preparing to pave the roadway.
