Weekly project updates 12/29/25 - 1/4/26

Hello, Loveland!

Here are the project updates for this week (12/29/25-1/4/26).

• No work Thursday, 1/1/26.
• Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Avenue)
  • The block is closed to vehicular traffic but remains open to pedestrians.
  • Crews are installing the 12” watermain and will start meter and fire line replacements.
  • Advance notification:
    • Cleveland Avenue will be reduced to one southbound lane of traffic the week of 1/5/26 to extend the new waterline across the roadway. Expect delays.
• Block 5 (Garfield to Railroad Avenue)
  • This block is closed to vehicular traffic but remains open to pedestrians.
  • Concrete paving is complete on the south side of the road, and crews will pave the north half this week.
  • Advance notification:
    • Implementation of Phase 1B (sidewalk replacements) is anticipated to start mid-January.
    • During this phase, the road will remain closed to vehicles, and pedestrians will walk in the roadway with temporary bridges providing access to business entries.
