Weekly project updates 11/24/25 - 11/30/25

Hello, Loveland!

Here are the project updates for next week (11/24/25-11/30/25).

• The intersection of 4th Street and Railroad Avenue (west) will be closed Monday, Nov. 24 – Wednesday, Nov. 26 while utilities are installed across the intersection. Railroad Avenue parking lots will remain open but detoured around the work area.
• Crews are installing concrete curb and gutter and irrigation sleeves in planter areas on Block 5 (Garfield to Railroad Avenues).
• Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Avenues) construction is scheduled to begin on Dec. 1, 2025. The block will be closed to vehicular traffic from the west side of Cleveland to the east side of Lincoln. Businesses and sidewalks will remain open at all times.
• No work 11/27/25 – 11/30/25.
