Weekly project update 9/14/26 - 9/20/26

Hello Loveland!

Here are the project updates for the week of 9/14/26-9/20/26:

• Block 5 (Garfield to Railroad Ave.)
  • Vehicle access will be limited to Garfield Ave. only.
• Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railroad crossing & 4^th Street
  • Access across the BNSF railroad tracks is fully closed to vehicles.
  • Pedestrian crossings at the tracks are shifting; please follow posted signage.
  • Partial parking lot closures for BNSF material staging, BNSF work limits, and personal vehicle protection from railroad work.
• Block 4 (Cleveland to Railroad Ave.)
  • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
  • Concrete work, boulder seat walls, and concrete pavers.
• Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 5
  • Permanent sculptures will be installed, which may require the temporary closure of parking spots to accommodate equipment.

• Garfield Ave. (1^st to 7^th Street) (non-project related work)
  • Concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk replacements through Tuesday, 9/15/26.
  • Milling and paving operations begin 9/14/26.
  • Expect on-street parking closures, lane shifts, and flagging operations.

• Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.) (non-project related work)
  • Westbound 4^th closed for steel beam installation at 209 E. 4^th Street/Sky Bear Brewery.
  • Expect sidewalk closures directly in front of building, please follow posted signage.
• Sweetheart Alley (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.) (non-project related work)
  • West half of alley closed from Cleveland to 233 E. 4^th Street for building demolition and asbestos remediation at 225 E 4^th Street/Rio Grande - Loveland.
