Weekly project update 8/10/26 - 8/16/26

Hello Loveland!

Here are the project updates for the week of 8/10/26-8/16/26:

  • Block 5 (Garfield to Railroad Ave.)
    • Vehicle access will be limited to Garfield Ave. only.
  • Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railroad crossing & 4thStreet
    • Access across the BNSF railroad tracks will be fully closed to vehicles this week.
    • South parking lot accesses will shift; please follow posted signage.
  • Block 4 (Cleveland to Railroad Ave.)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
    • Sidewalk replacement work continues. Please expect crews working as early as 5 a.m. to accommodate business hours.
    • Concrete work, fiber optic relocations, and power infrastructure are underway.
  • Garfield Ave. (1st to 7thStreet) (non-project related work)
    • Concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk replacements.
    • Expect on-street parking closures and lane shifts.

Weather permitting, work activities are Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
