Weekly project update 7/20/26 - 7/26/26

Hello Loveland!

Here are the project updates for the week of 7/20/26-7/26/26.

  • Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
    • Final inspections, punch list items and miscellaneous clean-up.
    • Block is scheduled to open on Friday, July 24th!
  • Block 4 (Cleveland to N. Railroad Ave.)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
    • Concrete work and power infrastructure in the N. Railroad Ave. intersection.
    • Old roadway and sidewalk removals beginning on the East side of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) railroad tracks.
    • South 4th Street parking lot egress improvements.
