Weekly project update 7/13/26 - 7/19/26

Hello Loveland,

Here are project updates for the week 7/13/26 - 7/19/26:

  • The project team has received the BNSF permit to work within the railroad right-of-way.
    • Egress from the parking lots adjacent to the tracks and on the south side of 4th will be changing in late July to allow continued use of these parking areas.
    • The 4th Street railroad crossing will be closed to vehicular traffic starting August 3rd.
  • Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
    • Concrete sealing, roadway signing and striping, and punch list reviews.
  • Block 4 (Cleveland to N. Railroad Ave)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
    • Landscaping and mulching, concrete work and power infrastructure.

Weather permitting, work activities are Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
