Weekly project update 6/29/26 - 7/5/26
Dear Stakeholders,
Project updates for 4th Street during the week 6/29/26-7/3/26 are as follows:
- Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.)
- Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
- Concrete work and paver installations.
- Block 4 (Cleveland to N. Railroad Ave.)
- Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
- Concrete bollard bands and roadway grading.
- Block 5 (Railroad Ave. W to Garfield Ave)
- Catenary light installations on Block 5, with temporary closure Monday, 6/29 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.;
no traffic or parking during those hours.
- Catenary light installations on Block 5, with temporary closure Monday, 6/29 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.;
No construction activity will take place on Friday, 7/3/2026 in observance of Independence Day.
