Weekly project update 5/25/26 - 5/31/26

Hello Stakeholders!

Here are the project updates for the week of 5/25/26-5/31/26:

• No work Monday, May 25^th in observance of Memorial Day
• Cleveland Avenue
  • West on-street parking closures between E. 4^th and E. 5^th Streets.
  • East on-street parking closures between Backstage Alley and E. 6^th Street.
  • East/southbound lane closure at E. 4^th Street daily from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM; open at night/early mornings.
• Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.)
  • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
  • Boulder seatwalls, electric conduit and concrete work, including panel replacements in the roadway.
• Block 4 (Cleveland to N. Railroad Ave.)
  • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
  • Boulder seatwalls and streetlight bases.
• Sweetheart Alley (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.) (non-project related work)
  • Power work is complete and the alley is reopened.
  • A dumpster will still be present behind 209 E. 4^th St.
• Backstage Alley (west of Cleveland Ave.) (non-project related work)
  • Daily/workday closures and limited access.
  • CenturyLink conduit installations.
• Cleveland Ave. and E 6^thSt. (non-project related work)
  • Utility investigations and potholing work is complete.
