Weekly project update 5/18/26 - 5/24/26

Hello Loveland!

Here are the project updates for the week of 5/18/26-5/24/26:

• Block 1 (Washington to Jefferson)

o Flagging operations at 4th & Washington Ave. for storm system jetting.

• Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.)

o Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.

o Boulder seatwalls, electric conduit and concrete work, including panel replacements in the roadway.

• Block 4 (Cleveland to N. Railroad Ave.)

o Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.

o Power conduit and light pole base installations.

• Sweetheart Alley (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.) (non-project related work)

o Daily/workday closures and limited access.

o Electric meter replacements and transformer upgrades.

• Backstage Alley (west of Cleveland Ave.) (non-project related work)

o Daily/workday closures and limited access.

o CenturyLink conduit installations.

• Cleveland Ave. and E 6th St. (non-project related work)

o On-street parking closures and lane shifts.

o Utility investigations and potholing.
