Weekly project update 5/11/26 - 5/17/26

Hello Loveland —

Here are the project updates for the week of 5/11/26 - 5/17/26:

  • Lincoln Avenue
    • West on-street parking closures between E. 3rd Street and Sweetheart Alley.
    • West lane closure at E. 4th Street: Daily (Monday through Friday) from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
  • Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
    • Boulder seatwalls, irrigation installations and concrete work.
  • Block 4 (Cleveland to N. Railroad Ave.)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
    • Storm sewer, power conduit and light pole base installations.
  • Sweetheart Alley (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.) (non-project related work)
    • Daily/workday closures and limited access.
    • Electric meter replacements and transformer upgrades.
  • Backstage Alley (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.) (non-project related work)
    • Daily/workday closures and limited access.
    • CenturyLink conduit installations.
