Weekly project update 4/27/26 - 5/3/26

Hello Stakeholders!

Here are the project updates for this week (4/27/26-5/3/26).

  • Crews will occasionally begin work as early as 5-6 AM to install building thresholds before businesses open.
  • Block 1 (Washington to Jefferson Ave.)
    • On-street parking closed.
    • Block will be closed to vehicles for approximately one day for landscaping installations. Sidewalks will remain open.
  • Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
    • Boulder seatwalls, concrete and electric work.
  • Block 4 (Cleveland to N. Railroad Ave.)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; businesses are open to pedestrian access.
    • Storm sewer and power conduit installations.
  • Sweetheart Alley (Lincoln to Cleveland Ave.) (non-project related work)
    • Daily/workday closures and limited access.
    • Electric meter replacements and transformer upgrades.
