Hello, Loveland!

Here are the project updates for this week (4/13/26-4/19/26).

  • Cleveland Avenue
    • Southbound Cleveland Avenue will remain in a single-lane configuration.
  • Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Avenue)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; sidewalks are open to pedestrian access.
    • Boulder seatwall, concrete and electric work.
    • Non-project related façade work (209 E. 4th Street). Sidewalk impacts.
  • Block 4 (Cleveland to N. Railroad Avenue)
    • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; sidewalks are open to pedestrian access.
    • Fireline installations.
    • Storm sewer installations.
  • Block 5 (Railroad Avenue west to Garfield Avenue)
    • Landscaping installations.
  • N. Railroad Avenue (east)
    • Intersection closure (Area 1 below).
    • Utility installations.
  • Painters Alley (non-project related)
    • Vault installation, Loveland Utilities.
