Weekly project update 3/23/26 - 3/27/26

Hello, Loveland!

Here are the project updates for this week (3/23/26-3/29/26):

• Cleveland Intersection
  • Crews tackle the west side of the intersection with grading, crosswalk configurations and asphalt paving.
  • Cleveland will be in a one-lane configuration Monday through Friday for approximately three weeks. Commuters should expect delays. Travelers are advised to take 6^th Street to Garfield Avenue or 5^th Street to Washington Avenue if they’re heading southbound on Cleveland Avenue.
• Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Avenue)
  • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; sidewalks are open for business access.
  • Work continues for underground power installations, fine grading and concrete roadway work.
• Block 4 (Cleveland to N Railroad Avenue)
  • Block remains closed to vehicle traffic; sidewalks are open for business access.
  • New water service connections begin.
• 3^rd Street (Cleveland to N Railroad Avenue) and Painter’s Alley
  • Closure at the intersection of Cleveland and 3^rd Street will continue to complete the concrete work on 3^rd Street.
  • Initial utility work at Painter’s Alley and 3^rd Street has been completed. Work will resume in mid-April.
