Weekly project update 1/5/26 - 1/11/26

Hello, Loveland!

Here are the project updates for this week (1/5/26-1/11/26).

• Block 3 (Lincoln to Cleveland Avenue)
  •   Block remains closed to vehicles; sidewalks stay open for business access.
  •  Crews will extend the new waterline across the east side of Cleveland at E. 4^th Street.
    • Expect alternating lane closures between E. 6^th Street and E 3^rd Street 1/5/26 – 1/9/26.
• Block 5 (Garfield to Railroad Avenue)
  • Block remains closed to vehicles; sidewalks stay open for business access.
  • The Garfield Avenue and 4th Street intersection is open to northbound, southbound and westbound traffic.
  • Roadway paving is complete to the west crosswalks at Railroad Avenue (west); crews will begin Phase 1B in mid‑January, with pedestrians walking in the roadway using temporary bridges for business access.
