Update as of 5/4/26: Lincoln Avenue

Sidewalk replacement work on Lincoln Avenue has been rescheduled due to expected inclement weather this week.

To maintain the overall project schedule, the following traffic and parking impacts are planned for May 11–15:

  • West on‑street parking closures between E. 3rd Street and Sweetheart Alley
  • West lane closure at E. 4th Street, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM daily
    • Flaggers will assist pedestrians crossing Lincoln Avenue
    • Standard signal phasing will be in place during evenings
    • Please follow pedestrian fencing and signage directing people walking through the area
