The City of Loveland’s Community Partnership Office (CPO) works with underserved community members on issues such as homelessness, access to affordable housing, and access to other support services. The CPO collaborates with human service, housing and other area agencies to offer and provide these services.

The office is also responsible for distributing funds to some of these agencies through HUD Community Development Block Grant funding and City of Loveland sales tax dollars. These grants are to be used for services and to develop viable urban communities through livable housing, and by expanding economic opportunities, principally for low- and moderate-income persons. The grants are distributed annually.
